Western Australian Senator Back recently quoted portions of a draft lease. Contrary to some commentary, landowners on the project in question may make complaints to the appropriate agency in the unlikely event that noise regulations are exceeded. The version of the lease obtained by Senator Back is obsolete and binds no landholders.

Windlab has not encountered a host landholder with  a health complaint due to turbines and believes the absence of such complaints is due to the absence of symptoms rather than any so-called ‘gag’ clause.
