Windlab has again been recognised as a company leading the development of clean, renewable energy on the global stage.  Windlab has been selected by Global Cleantech Cluster Association 2012 Late Stage Awards as a Top 30 Finalist. The Top 30 were selected by a panel of experts, reflecting on the business growth and market position of the company in the renewable energy sector. The nominated companies have a proven track record of promoting and increasing the use of green energy.

Global Cleantech Cluster Association (GCCA) is a non-profit association based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA that creates conduits for companies to harness the tremendous benefits of international cleantech cluster collaboration in an efficient, affordable, and structured way. Global Cleantech provides a gateway for established and emerging cleantech companies to gain exposure to potential investors, new markets, influential networks, innovative technologies and best practices.

Ben Taube, Chairman of the GCCA said “choosing 30 companies out of this year’s 200 nominations was an extremely competitive process. These Top 30 Finalists represent a premier group of rising stars in the clean technology industry”

“We are delighted to receive this recognition.  It is a testament to the quality of our technology, the competitive benefit of our scientific approach and the dedication and hard work of our team”, stated Roger Price, Chief Executive Officer.

Windlab will be honoured along with the other nominated companies at the International Clean Energy Conference during November 2012, in Savannah, Georgia.
